Designed for small businesses with up to 25 users, IT OnDemand is a packaged solution targeted to small business' needs. Features include server maintenance services, antivirus protection management, helpdesk services, software update services, workstation maintenance services, and backup services based on your business’s requirements. CCS created plans that provide on call support with guaranteed response times, antivirus subscriptions, and create a stable budget for your support and maintenance needs. Pricing starts as low as $130.00 per month.

IT OnDemand
Designed for larger businesses with a variety of hardware & software configurations. IT OnDemand is an integrated solution that adapts with your business as it grows. Features include server maintenance services, antivirus protection, helpdesk services, scheduled onsite visits, software update services, workstation maintenance services, emergency onsite visits, and backup services based on your business’s requirements. CCS can customize a plan to meet your needs that provides on call support with guaranteed response times, antivirus subscriptions, and creates a stable budget for all your maintenance needs, providing a level of support at a price that is much lower than in house solutions.

Network Management: CCS offers packages that includes 24/7 monitoring of critical network equipment, as well as maintenance of the routers, switches, VPNs and other hardware related to keeping information moving between users and between sites. We determine when equipment must be rebooted, or replaced, when a router needs a patch or an updated operating system image, and when a new switch needs to be added to a network. Services provided also include corrective and preventive measures to make the managed network run "better", including working with the internet provider when there is an outage or performance issue, or quickly resetting a site to site VPN when it goes down.  
 

Server Management: CCS offers a flat fee pricing model, providing the following: 24/7 server monitoring, diagnostic, and troubleshooting; server preventative maintenance; server patch management; service pack installation; server security management; backup and email management and administration; and an escalation process to CCS onsite support division, internal IT staffs, or outsourced site support staffs. Server crash restoration service can be purchased for an additional cost of 250.00 per server per year
 

Workstation Management: CCS offers a flat  fee pricing model, providing the following: diagnostic and troubleshooting support; preventative maintenance; management of automatic updates; service pack installation, Windows Defender software installation & updates management,  antivirus software(3rd party software installed); and an escalation process to CCS onsite support division, internal IT staffs, or outsourced site support staffs. 

 

User Support: CCS offers 2 options for user support option 1 is an unlimited support option and option 2 is a per incident pricing. Either option provides access to a live IT support professional via telephone or e-mail up to 12 hours per day. Our staff will work with your employees to resolve all types of issues, and can remotely connect to their desktop to solve problems directly. When problems require local hands on support, there is an escalation process to CCS onsite support division, internal IT staffs, or outsourced site support staffs. Support coverage can be increased for additional fees. Please call to inquire.

Option 1:CCS offers a flat fee pricing model, providing unlimited support for end users 

Option 2: CCS offers a flat rate per incident charge, starting at $35.00 per incident, with discounts based on monthly minimum guarantees.

Effective Information Systems (IS) are key to your organization's success. Our virtual CIO(Cheif Information Officer) service provides industry leading IT consulting for architecture design, application and platform selection, security policy design, and expert level problem resolution, as well as IT project management. If you have good mid-level IT staff or use our IT OnDemand Services and are looking for a way to add broad industry experience for 1/10th the cost of a base level CIO, this service is for you.  Pricing starts at $1,000.00 per month
